Ambassador.
We meet either in the liabrary or a dining room, he or she gets a call
on the radio and off we go marching out in a group.
Only this does not happen on the Jewel and there are no Whites tags on
there either.
And Yes the service has gone down since Jack Williams left.
I was on a Crown and Anchor Cruise on the Enchantment in January. Jack
Wiliams would deal Blackjack in the Casino when he was Prez on Crown and
Anchor cruises just for fun and to see how things were going.
On the Enchantment NOT ONE exec from Miami showed up let alone
Goldstein.
Crown and Anchor cruises are for your best/most loyal RCI customers and
not one exec shows up!
Thats why service has declined.
