Booked a cruise today (Celebrity Infinity, Alaska, with Atlants) Posted on: Fri, 21 Apr 2006 18:13:35 -0700

I booked a cruise today, departing Vancouver on June 4 on the Celebrity
Infinity. It's a charter, so it doesn't appear on the Celebrity web
page. We got the last starboard CC-class cabin on the Panorama Deck
(8134, hope no one was murdered there).

So the questions now are:

Should we take the positioning cruise from San Francisco, or fly to
Vancouver? The positioning cruise option would cost more, but actually
not a lot more (airfare from Sacramento to Vancouver is ridiculously
expensive), so it's as much a question of time as of money.

Which excursions should we take? They haven't been officially announced
yet, so at least I don't have to decide right away.
