The funny part is that their announcement was about Cordon
Bleu managing their kitchen. On the Regent Sea, they had a
plaque by the dining room entrance reporting that their
kitchen was managed by Boucouse. We have a couple
Cordon Bleu schools here in town, and understand that they
turn out some pretty good chefs.
