Not according to the trades on this one. Keep in mind, I am just the
messenger, not the source. Yet, if all passengers on all ships of Regent
Seven Seas were always able to use their credit cards since the line started
as you say, the conflicting information had to come from somewhere. My guess
would be that your information and sources are not quite accurate on this
one. However, all is a moot point anyway, for by May 31the rest of the fleet
will have this service as well.
