Hi Diane,
Don't be so hard on old John. He only claims to have 19-years of
experience in the cruise business. <;+)
The rainy season is from November to March. That being said, the rain
usually takes the form of scattered showers. Unless a storm is in the
vicinity, it should not hamper your sailing on my favorite ship and
itinerary. It can be quite humid during the rainy season. I really
would not hesitate to spend New Years on the beautiful, newly
refurbished Paul Gauguin.
