Joseph, while this is r.t.c., your comment about planning
land trips makes me curious about what the planning would
result in. We've never had a planned land trip, and I'm
curious about what it might entail. Maybe it's quite common
and we just never thought about it.
Mrs. Nonnymus and I belonged to AAA for many years, and
enjoyed their Tripticks when traveling a known route, such
as between our home and parents home several states away. We
knew the route, but the Tripticks gave us mileages, places
for gas etc. long before the great Nav systems on autos.
We have also taken several vacations where we have driven or
flown to a point, then boarded a Land Tour bus.
Does your service perhaps combine a Land Tour with advice
about where/when/how to stay along the way to the point of
departure and home? Do you make hotel reservations for
folks along the way or recommend sights or excursions?
I'm curious and wonder if others might share my curiosity.
