Also based on the experiences of people who work with my DH, who spend
many months of the year in Honolulu.

No one "put" us in the Kalia Tower, I "requested" it. It was a better
location for my DH and I wanted easy access to the whirlpool by the
spa. Also the company my husband works for gives the Hilton Hawaiian
Village a ton of business each year and they get treated very well there.

I am not at all impressed, many of my husbands coworkers are also
Diamond members. You know what, they are very nice people and know how
to get along with other people. Enough said!!
