OK, Bob. You keep saying this, so where is the link to that exact
usenet guideline? And if it is just a guideline, then I suppose we
could say that some don't want to follow it. Then it is up to us in the
newsgroup to either accept or reject those postings.
Since it seems you are nearly a minority of one in your decision, I
would think that a reasonable person would then killfile the purported
offender or just ignore it.
But then, there has never been any indication that you are reasonable,
