You are the one who asked about the USENET rules and guidelines
to the kind of ADs and spams that Ray clearly showed in his posts
of "press releases as excuses for his ads".

Read my post about USENET rules and the Grades of Advertisers
in rec.travel.cruises, and WHY I gave them such grades, based on
both the RTC charter AND the USENET rules.

Ray has solidly earned his grade of "F" for his Ads in this group.
