We were on it a little less than a year ago to Canada ... With my 90
year old MIL and her 85 year old sister ...
Overall quite an enjoyable cruise ...
Personally though it is one of my least favorite class of ships ...
getting around is difficult due to the atrium and the galley ... This
makes for going up two levels going across then down two levels quite
often ... The elevators are also terribly programmed ... so be prepared
to do a lot of walking up and down stairs ... or waiting ...
The ship has beautiful large staterooms ... an efficient and delightful
service staff ... and the best chocolate type desserts around (
according to my chocoholic wife ...) ... The lounges and other public
areas are lively though crowded ... and the Fun Ship party atmosphere
is prevalent as on any Carnival Cruise ...
Summer cruises attract a lot of kids ... making it even the more
crowded ... but you shouldn't have that to deal with in October ...
