I've recently been on Princess, Carnival and NCL and the ones who didn't
bother to dress formally (I doubt if half of them had even changed) on
"formal" nights far outnumbered the ones who did. In fact I felt quite out
of place in a tux and my wife refused to wear a long dress for any of the
2nd formal nights.
Quite a shame I think personally
