I agree! We were on Explorer of the Seas a few years back and EVERY DAY
the first three days there was a guy who would sit at the Cafe
Promenade stoned drunk. He would nod out and other passengers were even
asking him if he was OK. Me and many others just thought it was a sad
thing. After the third day we didn't see him again. I assume he was
sent home. Why go on a cruise and be completely wasted the whole time!
