Subject: Son's first cruise: RCCL's Serenade Posted on: Fri, 23 Jun 2006 08:11:39 -0700

Son & girlfriend are planning their first cruise for this fall, and it
will almost certainly be on Serenade of the Seas. We're Holland America
folks, gray-haired, and to us a rock-climbing wall isn't very important.

Any comments on that line and ship? It's great because it departs from
his residence city so there's no collateral travel or hotel, but our
local TA said "there's no discounts available from that line..." True?
