First and foremost, on which cruise line are you prosposing to do this.
On NCL AMerica it may be possible, they do offer Maui departures, on the
others, non US flagged vessels, the cruise line is subject to fines if
you do this, they are not generally amenable to being fined for what is
basically the whim of a passenger.
