At one time NCL had dual ports of embarkation.. one could either do the
round trip from NYC or Port Canaveral.
As long as you disembark where you embarked there is no problem re the
PSA.. but you cannot sail from NYC and disembark at PC.. and vice versa.
So really it would be up to Princess whether they would permit it.
