There is that problem and this is the downside to all this.

The problem is that it does fall within the scope of the charter. Unless
someone wants to step up and write a RFD we are stuck trying to deal
with it within the scope of the current charter.
I am not willing to write a RFD as I have seen the problems with that. I
also just don't have the time to spend hours everyday posting on a RFD.

At this point I am not sure how to deal with it to make all happy. I
once wrote that a neutral 3rd party could post the PR posts but that
still would not stop TA's from posting them either.
