Whoa! What a thing to say!..I think he owes him an apology big time...What a
way to treat a client..his superiors should know about that attitude! I
don't know who he should direct his complaint to but maybe some T/A reading
here might. Customer service respect has gone down the drain and someone
ought to set this vacation planner straight.
