Unless there is a program that will take children this young for an
extended period, you will be spending a lot of your cruise time deeply
involved with the care and amusement of the children. I certainly
don't see them enjoying any of the shows, etc. that would interest you.
Have you considered having the children stay with grandparents, aunts
or uncles, etc. and you then do your first cruise "just the two of
you" - it might be more fun for all involved.
If you are still convinced that taking the kids along is what you
want, seriously consider the Disney operation, even if it means a long
drive or flight. They are really set up for the "little ones" much
more so than other lines.
