Thanks, CMK and HJ. I spent some time investigating ho/ho buses but
all I could find were forms for online booking, which led me to think
that these are privately, not municipally arranged tours. As my ship
visits so many ports, I have to be quite wary about booking too much in
advance [just in case...]
