I'd recommend Royal Caribbean's Explorer going out of Cape
Liberty, NJ. They've got lots of kids stuff (although I am not
sure how much for 3-4 year olds, it will likely be more than one
of the smaller ships). You can do a 5 night cruise to Bermuda,
which might be a good length with your kids. They also have a 9
night to the Caribbean, but that might a bit too long.

We sailed on Grandeur out of Baltimore last year and did not
like it as much as the Voyager/Explorer class ships.
