Not having seen or used Norwegian's children's area, I can't comment on
this.

Must be the Carnival ship that you happened to be on, as this was not so
when our grandson was with us...He was always left and picked up at the same
place..We watched him during one of Carnival's outings at the kiddie pool
and were impressed by the supervision. He to this day, (five years later)
remembers his counselor's name because he, at 3 1/2, was so *taken* by her!
