We are leaving this Saturday for an 8 night voyage aboard the
NORWEGIAN SPIRIT to St. Thomas, Tortola and Bermuda. We had
originally booked our favorite ZENITH voyage at this time of year to
Bermuda alone, but NCL gave us (through Lori) a much better cabin and
for a longer trip, so it seemed worth it. The ship will overnight in
St. Thomas, so we thought to have a little extra fun and try one of
the local restaurants. From the Guide Books and two St. Thomas
tourist web sites, we have narrowed our choices to the restaurant at
Hotel 1879 (supposed to be one of the best in the entrie Virgin
Islands) and a place called Herve's (there is an accent ague at the on
the second "e" of "Herve", but I can't type it in on this machine).
Hotel 1879 appears to be extrememly expensive, while Herve's sounds
equally delicious, but a bit more reasonably priced. Any ideas?
TIA!
