I was saying the money you spend will not likely be respent in the
U.S.,
not some broad statement about companies' loyalty.

If you disembark from a cruise ship mid-cruise,

Ummm... did I mention they did not refund any part of my cruise fare.
They did not lose money... they made money because I was not consuming
resources aboard ship but still paid full fare.
