It does not take long for hawks to go after road kill, Ray!
But I do agree with the criticism above about them using the ship before the
problem was corrected. Why bother even having the NTSB and Coast Guard
investigate if they cannot enforce the safety guidelines by insisting they
correct whatever they found?
