I know it's summer here in the U.S., but I don't recall CA being as hot
or humid as it has this late July 2006. And those bumming in NY without
power for so long.... what the heck happened??? Do they know yet?
Boston Edison (NSTAR) trucks were dispatched from Boston to help. I
know people in both states and they say it's hot as hades. I always
found it interesting that in FL, summer was so busy (probably cause
kids are out of school). I hope y'all are taking things easy and
drinking mucho fluids in either the shade or AC. They say alot of
people don't drink enough fluids until after they are already
dehydrated. If you are on a cruise or taking one soon, take it easy as
it's so simple to get heat related problems while you are distracted
with having so much fun!
