Excellent. I found their website and the statement you referenced. I am
going to give these guys a call on Monday. They have been around since 1952
and member of BBB (probably doesn't that mean much). They had one claim
against them for not agreeing to the terms of their contract but BBB
dismissed it, saying the company "gave proper consideration to the
complaint".
