I've booked once with them ... all went very well ... no problems ..
they sent the documents in a very timely manner by Fedex (or the
equivalent) ... I use their site in searching cruises for price and
availability with great success all the time ...though booked elsewhere
... I've also booked airfare on occasion ... when I ran into an
overbooking once due to an equipment change on the airline and my
reserved seat suddenly disappeared, they were extremely helpful in
telling me what my rights were and how to handle the situation ...
better than I expected from an online agency ... and knowing what they
told me ... we got first class on the next flight ... and vouchers
worth $600 total for a future flight ... and even saved a hotel bill
...
