Neither of which is showing up at the airport with 20 minutes
to spare. "The airline requests you arrive X amount of time before your
flight" meant the originating flight. The rest is out of your hands.
Never have resented the flight that was held because of a late arriving
flight. Have been mightily pissed many times for one that was delayed
because someone was at the desk at the airport.
