Subject: Re: flight time for an 8:30 port arrival Posted on: Sun, 20 Aug 2006 21:05:16 -0400

Many ships get back to Florida rather early... some like at 4:00 or 5:00 am
(or even earlier). I've gotten up in the very early morning to use the
bathroom and the ship was already docked. Then they just sit there until
everyone debarks after breakfast.

I think a 12:45 flight shouldn't be any problem.

My one suggestion. Even if you paid for transfers, don't wait for the bus
back to the airport. They'll wait for the bus to fill, and may wait longer
before you get off the bus once you're at the airport. Just grab a taxi at
the pier and go directly to the airport. It will cost you a few bucks...
but it beats missing the flight and getting home after midnight.

And on the ship, talk to the Crown and Anchor person and ask for early
disembarkation color tags.
