Drinking water is not the problem. The problem is bottles of water that they
can't ensure is water. At the Kahalui airport you could buy water after
security. Some airports will sell you bottled water after security, but
take away the caps. You can't make a bomb out of a bottle of water, a stick
of lip gel, and a gel shoe liner. You can make stuff to make bombs look
like a bottle of water, a stick of lip gel, and a gel shoe liner.
