Just came back from Explorer today. You can get the Cybercabin
($125 for 9 days, $100 for 7, $80? for 5) which is dialup speed
access. They also have wireless (WiFi) access for 33-50c per
minute. It is accessible in many cabins, but reception is
variable -- don't rely on it working in your cabin. My Promenade
view cabin had a good signal. Someone across the hall had spotty
reception. I know I saw people using it up near the pool area.
