It's not a cable, it's a whole phone that you plug in. I asked
about them running out. While I think they do at times, I'm sure
it's much less frequent than when it was the only option. Now
that they have wireless access and a room full of PC's, you have
many other options and the slow speed of Cybercabin makes it
less attractive for many.
