I think we would all be naive to believe that consumers won't pick up
the tab for this. Incidentally it wouldn't be such a bad thing to have
fewer ships in Alaska. Have you seen Grand Cayman lately? Can't move in
port because six ships are in with over 12,000 passengers in port...

Alaska voted and approved the tax, it's America's last majestic
landscape (for now), it should be at a premium to visit.
