Fred,
Since I see your post in Erm's, I will give you my reasons.
1. Ray started posting his releases far before John came to this newsgroup.
2. John (when I was reading his posts) not only repeated Ray's releases but
posted them days later.
3. John made erroneous statements and when they were brought to his
attention, failed to acknowledge or correct them. People come to rtc,
expecting correct cruising information.
4.John can only discuss one cruise in any length..the one he took to Hawaii.
Does the word *experience* come to mind?
5.When Ray is asked a question, he answers it correctly and if he does not
know the answer, he finds it out instead of bluffing his way as John does.
6.To avoid this repetition, I have kill filed John ...his information, to
me, is worthless and I don't want it filling up my newsgroup mailbox.
So there's your answer to *Why?* for me.
