Don't know about delivery, but the last time we were there, $1.00 = 1 Euro
at the liquor shops. Selection was limited but what they had was
inexpensive. The price for 1 liter of Absolute Vodka was in the $8.00
range...the lowest we have seen anywhere.
But I think you are allowed (US Customs) 5 bottles from St. Thomas but only
1 from St. Martin (per person).. You will need to check this. If it is the
case, you can probably manage 2 bottles back to the ship by yourself.
