Sorry you are missing the point.

Is it Kosher?

Is there a special ceremony involved to transform a salt crystal
into a Kosher salt crystal. (and justify the Kosher mark on
label)

Or is it just salt used like any other salt.

Which in turn argues against the material only statement (valid
for meat/dairy) and supports the Rabbi taking a fee for saying
words over the label.
