NCL Revamps Website to Reflect New Branding

Here's another view on the subject... along with the contact points that
have been eliminated from the original post.

Happy sailing,

NCL Corp. unveiled the first phase of its new website being redesigned to
reflect its new brand identity. The website's first phase, which is designed
to highlight Freestyle Cruising, offers interactive and user-friendly
consumer and travel agent components. The site, www.ncl.com, reflects the
same vivid colors, graphic elements and playful tone of the company's new
brand identity. Consumers will also find enhanced, detailed information on
each ship, along with in-depth descriptions of shore excursions, including
activity levels, and a list of the most popular excursions by port. To help
guests plan their vacation, the site features a new "booked guest
experience" area for those who are booked and ready to cruise. This section
provides guest registration forms, answers to frequently asked questions, a
"Welcome Aboard" booklet, and information for guests with special needs, and
more. NCL will roll out additional site features throughout the rest of 2006
and early 2007, including a qualifier that gathers personal preferences and
information from site visitors and automatically directs them to the site
section most useful for them. The site will also feature an enhanced booking
engine and capability to make spa and restaurant reservations. In addition,
past guests will be able to manage their Latitudes account online. Travel
agents will find new features including a "New Agency" section, allowing
agents to register immediately for access to NCL booking, information on
"Hot Deals" and reduced rate sailings. Agents can also order marketing
materials online 24 hours a day, and access enhanced ship photography. An
interactive sales tool allows travel agents to design and personalize their
own NCL emails and flyers. Additional travel agent features to be introduced
later this year and early next year include a new booking engine with a
side-by-side comparison tool listing multiple pricing options including
cruise-only packages, air/sea packages, and pre- and post-cruise hotel
packages. Agents will also be able to book connecting cabins and group space
online, along with adding existing individual reservations to group
reservations. For more information, call 800-327-7030 or visit www.ncl.com.
