In the short term.. we'll never know if they could have achieved more
with RCI in the long term.. but I expect at the time they did make the
right decision.

Well, that was a US requirement with no option and part of the
agreement, just as when Costa was taken over by Carnival. RCCL have
announced they will not interfere or make any changes over the next year
at least; we can only wait and see. Pullmantur is quite a different
experience yet again, at least on their older vessels.
