Yes.

Yes.

The cruiseline had their port agent pick us up at the airport,
and bring us to the ship. It's was early in the morning,
and we had to wait for the ship to clear customs/immigration
before we could board.

They also had him stand by at the airport until our bags arrived, 30
minutes before departure, and bring them to the ship.
