Subject: Re: Western Caribbean beach recommendations? Posted on: Sun, 15 Oct 2006 21:36:01 -0400

Thank you very much for the info.
I'll give them both a try. Paradise Beach is no cover. What about Sea
G. Beach in Cayman? If I ask a taxi for Sea G. Beach, they'll know
where to drop me off? Is it easy to catch a taxi back?
Any suggestions for Ocho Rios? I haven't found anything there yet that I
liked.
One year we went to the public beach that was behind a fence and they
charged $5 to enter. It wasn't too nice. One year we went to the Grand
Jamaican and the beach was so-so, but the pool was really nice so we ended
up spending most of the day in the pool. It seems like there just aren't
any nice beaches close to where the ships dock.
Thanks again
Tom
