There are many cruise related websites out there. While Cruise Critic has
been around for a long time, the creator of Cruise Critic left there over 6
years ago because it had become politically correct and nothing negative
about the cruise lines was allowed. In other words, you could not get honest
statements there if they made a complaint about a ship or line, they were
deleted. The founder formed another cruise website called Cruisemates.com
and she just left there because of the politics of business. It because like
a magazine with too many ads and a stockholder who favoured one cruiseline.
Again not fair. She is now operating a small cruise website and keeping it
small so it will remain honest. I went from Cruisemates to my own non-profit
website that also has no paid advertising on it so we could keep it real. If
people want to look for other cruise related websites they are encouraged to
do so, but let them Google for it and don't advertise a website that is in
it for profit like Cruise Critic or even Cruisemates now. That is as bad as
Ray and Sisker advertising their for profit websites!
