That's your FIRST mistake, for the booking, but not the question.

Bad advice! You should have advised George to SELL the brochure
titled "Everything You Want To Know About Tipping Your Travel Agent
and was Afraid to Ask" for $20 a piece, and inside that brochure, he
can then tell all of your suckers how rich and generous you are, and
give his heavy hint that only cheapskates would tip an ELECTED
ORGANIZER and TRAVEL AGENT anything less than $10 per person
per day.

You should first BUY his brochure BEFORE boarding the ship, because
the brochure will tell you when, how, and where to tip George.
