There's a good chance that he and Becca might be coming out here for a
visit. You can darned well bet that I'll be feeding them some of my
favorite shrimp recipes. My personal favorite is to skewer some <10
count Tiger or Pinks on flat sword-like skewers. I make up a baste of
Parmesian butter, then grill them outdoors, finishing up with a quick
flash over an infrared grill I built. They get just a tiny char on them
that way.
