I do HIPAA for a living. No, they can't ask, and you're not obliged
to say.

Which was her case. She was traveling internationally and wanted no
issues. Which she didn't have anywhere (Russia, Latvia, Belyrus,
Great Britan) but did in Austin.

I'm bipolar and take a little pharmacy with me. I actually don't mind
who knows, but I'll be damned if I'm going to discuss my health with
someone who couldn't get a job as a security guard.
