We were never moved back to the balcony. we also found bed bugs in the new
stateroom on the 8th day. The stateroom credit is listed as "refundable" and
I am told by NCL accounting that I can expect my credit card to be refunded
in about 30-45 days (we only spent 400, and tipped in cash). We did not see
the ships doctor for the bites bbecause they do not transmit didease and can
be equated to mosquito bites, etc. only a bump or rash where bitten. We do
have photos.
I am formulating my letter to NCL's customer service rep assigned to our
complaint. And will be happy to keep the group posted.
Thank you for your comments.
