Wow. If this is the way they did it, there'd be a heckuva lotta angry
cruisers. No worries. Your card is charged at the end, as a regular
charge...not as a cash advance.

Yup. You can settle up with cash, travellers checks, or you can just
leave it on your credit card.

Unless you're using an ATM to get cash, you're not going to be charged
the cash advance rate. So, you might as well just leave the $10.00 per
day tip on the charge...gives you a few weeks grace period before you
have to pay up.
