You need to find a real cheap group rate. Look into Club ABC Tours. They
are on the web. You pay a membership fee for access and they basically run
frequent trips (usually 1 week to major European cities) that include
discount airfare, hotel and breakfast for less than you can do it on your
own. They offer several "levels" of hotels in cities like London.
