Personally, we choose to tip in cash. Some of the resons are: I think
tipping is a personal thing. Some folks deserve more that the suggested
amount. Occasionally, someone deserves less. I am a bit of a cynic and am
not entirely convinced that the ship does not decuct some fee or service
charge from the team members money. Also, most crew members only get their
tips once per month. Additionally, almost everyone prefers cash. It is nice
to have some in your pocket and not have to wait a month to see the
gratitude of the people you have provided service to.

Just my thoughts on the whole tipping thing.
