Hi Everyone,
As a clarification,Seabourn no longer requires formal dining attire.
For those that do not wish to dress formally, there are casual dining
option(s).

Seabourn has "french balconies" ie. floor to ceiling doors that open
with a ledge. You can not go out and sit on such as true balconies.
Oceania, of course does offer real balcony cabins.

As mentioned above, Seabourn no longer requires a formal dining
experience.
