I can't imagine any pregnant woman who may already suffering from
morning sickness going on a cruise having never cruised before. She may
be green around the gills now. Take her on a cruise and you might as
well rename the ship the ms Vomit. Taking previous miscarriage into
thought all I gotta say is "Dude, what are you thinking?".
Pick a nice land vacation somewhere that has US like medical facilities.
Definitely check with her OB before you go anywhere.
